First Impressions Crafty Vaporizer – WOW
Storz and Bickel’s long awaited line of truly portable vaporizers has arrived at last. The Crafty and Mighty are two incredibly high performance pocket sized vapes. The main difference between the two is the size of the unit and the battery wattage. The engineering and vaporization technology are the same. We purchased a Crafty to test the unit out and chose it since our primary objective is portability and stealth. My first impression in a word – WOW. This thing produces the most consistent clouds I’ve ever gotten from a portable. The smartphone app is pretty handy to make adjustments and check temperature, keeping the device small without these buttons on it. Battery life so far appears average, and the pass through charging allows you to vape while it’s plugged in. Vapor is cool and delicious.
At $339279, the Crafty Vaporizer is not cheap! But given the quality of the vapor and the efficiency of extraction, it might be a good choice. Watch this space for an updated review after taking it on the road for the holidays.

I first purchased a Crafty back in Dec’14; I am in the process of returning my third warranty replacement Crafty (received 10/01/15); S&B will undoubtedly send me a fifth Crafty as a fourth replacement. More of the same bullshit. This will undoubtedly go on until the warranty expires and then what? Do the math and tell me if you still consider this device one of “…two incredibly high performance pocket vapes.” It works well when it works and at the price charged it ought to work all the time but it doesn’t and therefore it qualifies as an overpriced piece of shit. I get far better and consistent performance from my PAX.
Sorry to hear you’ve gotten nothing but duds. Wonder if the warranty resets with each unit? At least they honor that.
