    there is no place to ask general questions, so i will try here. they are just general questions, but i have owned a classic volcano for close to a year now, best purchase ever, but i feel like i am making mistakes, such as how much material do i need to put into the chamber, and how often should i change the air filter?

    • Hi Bob, great to hear you’re enjoying your Classic!

      There are no hard and fast rules about either of your questions.

      The amount of material you put in depends on;
      - Quality
      - Moisture Content
      - Fineness of Grind
      - Desired Vapor Density

      You want to make sure at a minimum you have the screen completely covered by 1mm depth (about 1/8″) – at most you want to have 10mm of depth (about 1/2″).

      Change the air filter when it gets dirty. Your mileage may vary. I haven’t changed my filter in over a year with no problems. I simply vacuum the outside of it occasionally.

      Happy Vaping!
